- Do I need a registered trademark?
- No. Your product photography is protected by copyright from the moment it is taken, and copyright claims work on every marketplace. A registration sharpens trademark watch and strengthens filings, but it is not required to start.
- Will you file anything without asking me?
- Never. You approve every case and a reviewer reads the exact notice. On Enterprise you sign one Letter of Authorisation, revocable at any time, and we file your approved cases as your agent.
- Can this put my marketplace accounts at risk?
- No. We do not file weak claims. Every notice is approved by you and checked by a person, and your filing history belongs to you alone.
- What if the copy re-shot the photos?
- Design-clone detection recognises the product itself rather than the image file, so re-shot, re-lit, and AI-generated copies are still caught.
